Agent Connect, Realtynow, And Reply.com They kept billing my credit card for over a year Internet

As a real estate broker I decided to sign up with RealtyNow, Agent Connect, & Reply.com (these are all of the names the company goes by). I signed a contract with them authorizing them to deduct from my credit card every month $99.00. After months of receiving leads most of which were dead ends (disconnected phone numbers, wrong phone numbers etc...) I decided to cancel the service once my contract was up so, I did just that in writing and on the phone many many times.

For over a year I would have to call American Express every month to disbute the charge and every month I would call email etc... the company demanding that they stop charging my credit card as I canceled their service. Every time I was told, "oh I'm sorry I will take care of this immediately" and every time the next month there was the charge again. Finally, my solution was to cancel my credit card. That stopped them but, it didn't stop them from sending me emails telling me that their charge was not going through and that I was at risk of not recieving their leads. My reply was, "Well, it is about time".

Fellow realtors be aware that once you give this company your credit card information you will most likely encounter the same problems I did. They send you plenty of leads but, like I said most of them are dead ends. Approach with caution and beware.
