I have read two other reports about Realtynow on this web site (ripoffreport). What they reported may be true I do not know. I have done business with only Realtynow.com, although I know that Replyinc is the owner of Agentconnect & Realtynow.

In fairness realtynow is a real estate lead generating operation therefore one cannot expect all leads purchased from them to result in closed transactions. However realtynow has been on a downward curve of honesty over the years. I have purchased some good quality leads from them (about 1 to 3 out of a hundred). Unlike one of the other reports the success rate is higher than 1 in a 1,000 but no where near Realtynow's claim of 1 in 10.

Realtynow's policy statement is that they will provide a credit for certain false leads. The main requirement for a credit is a false or bad phone number. They used to be very good at giving such credits. Now they just ignore any claims for credit. If you are going to use the services of realtynow just figure that what you bought you own and there are no credits for consumers who are liars on their system.

The most dispecable thing that Realtynow does is to add enticing comments to their lead teasers they send to get one to accept leads. Do not believe anything you read in the comments section of their lead teaser emails. Realtynow incerts those comments not the consumer.

Realtynow does not actually generate very many, if any, of the leads they sell. So do not give any credit to the internet forms they would have you believe the consumers are completing. Realtynow buys the leads from many other internet scammers or their other web sites used to get consumers to supply information. I even had one consumer tell me that he did not want any real estate information he just wanted the free mouse pad they were offering. In particular do not buy any seller leads because they all come from free home evaluation web sites. The home owners have no intention of selling they only want a free evaluation. In defense of most of the home owners who want a free evaluation they do not know that their information is going to be sold to real estate agents. They are led to believe that if they give their information the computer will magic presto tell them what their home is worth.

The most important thing to remember if dealing with Realtynow is that they do cheat, they provide no credits anymore and the great majority of the consumer information they sell is false and the consumer has no idea a real estate agent is going to call on them.
