This company has dozens of complaints against it in many states.

In order for the scammed victims to get a refund, Agent Image demands all negative reviews are removed. They engage in false posting of positive reviews online to help their own bad image.

The company is a part of a shell company. The Design People is one of them. There are a few others. One pays the other and attempting to get a refund from one usually means getting a refund from another. Attempting to contact the others is difficult.

Many complaints are associated with false promise, alleged extortion, and constructive and actual fraud.

They ask for money up front, but tend to fail to produce a contract. The contract needs to be requested, but usually is seen well after money is paid.

Their Project Managers are known to go missing in action with a plethora of scripted excuses. Months go by without seeing any movement.

When complaints are filed, Agent Image has a template that is filled with false information that they send as a rebuttal to obfuscate the process.

Several complaints have disappeared from sites like Trulia, Yelp, and others at the bequest of Agent Image as they are paying advertisers. Yelp has been known to do this as well documented.

Be careful and stay away from this company with poor response and customer service. They have two or three hacks who will respond to complaints online asking the filer to get in contact with them to resolve the issue after months of no action.

Keep your money and hire a local website designer. Whatever you do, buy your own domain name through another company like godaddy or ipower.

 YOU SHOULD PROVE YOU HAVE HAPPY CLIENTS, SO FAR I CAN ONLY FIND PAST CUSTOMERS THAT ARE ALL UNHAPPY WITH THE SAME ISSUES.

THEY LOOSE THEIR MONEY AND THEN HAVE TO SWEAT THEIR SHIRTS TO GET ANYTHING DONE FROM YOU AND IT TAKES LONG MONTHS TO GET ANYWHERE. OBVIOUSLY YOU TAKE WAY MORE BUSINESS THAN YOU CAN HANDLE AND CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE CLIENTS, ONLY ABOUT TAKING MORE MONEY FROM PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT AWARE OF YOUR REPUTATION.

 I SO REGRET NOT HAVING CHECKED THEM OUT HERE BEFORE GOING THROUGH OVER 1 YEAR ORDEAL WITH THEM.

Request For You To Prove you are a Client

This complaint has no specific information in regards to concerns or issues with a website project. We politely request that Magdalena provide his or her last name or domain name to prove that s/he is a customer/client and have dealt with our company.

If Magdalena is not able to provide this, then this complaint should be taken as an attempt to slander our company.

We look forward to receiving this information from Magdalena.

In the meantime, we would like to address a few items that this person has falsely written:

1. Yelp DOES NOT remove any reviews. This have their own filter system which you can read all about here: http://officialblog.yelp.com/2009/10/why-yelp-has-a-review-filter.html

2. This person stated that they felt attempting to contact our company was difficult. We have many ways that we allow our clients to contact us in hopes to make it as easy and quick as possible to reach someone at our company. Here are the various ways:

3. This person stated we have complaints in many states. We have been in business since 1999 (almost 12 years now) and will continue to address any concern that arises and will address it in the best way we can. Over the years, we've had over 10,000 clients, maybe even more.

The ratio of clients to complaints, is less than 1%. We love our clients and try to always do what we can to make them happy.

4. This person wrote that "Many complaints are associated with false promise, alleged extortion, and constructive and actual fraud." A person can state whatever they want in a complaint. Whether there is truth to it is a differnet story. Again, we try to address all of our clients concerns.

5. This person wrote "They ask for money up front, but tend to fail to produce a contract. The contract needs to be requested, but usually is seen well after money is paid." All website companies ask for a portion of money up front to get started on the design work. We are happy to split up this payment so not all is charged up front and personally would rather do that for our clients.

The contract DOES NOT need to be requested. The contract is emailed to the email address used that the purchaser provides on the online order form as soon as the order is placed. This is something that is automatically done when the client makes the purchase. We urge all of our clients to contact our Establishment or any Establishment for that matter if they made an online purchase and did not receive a receipt emailed to them within several minutes of the purchase.

that is filled with false information that they send as a rebuttal to obfuscate the process." I wish - that would make my job much easier. I go into each an every concern written and look at each point. Then I go to our client management system and look to see what transpired, when and how we can help. Unfortunately for you, you have provided no information that you are even or have ever been a client so I am not able to do this for you.

6. We appreciate a clients right to provide feedback; whether it's positive or negative. However, we simply can not agree that it would be okay for any person to write false statements or accusations about any company in any online forum that would further violate the terms of that website.

We would HOPE that each company would remove false or slanderous content - especially if it violated their website terms of service.

7. Calling someone a "hack" at our company is not professional. We certainly appreciate your points, but name calling is just not necessary.

8. This person wrote "Keep your money and hire a local website designer. Whatever you do, buy your own domain through another company like godaddy or ipower." Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinion, and we will be the first to say if a local design works better for you, then by all means, please contact a local web designer.

Further, we also would suggest buying your domain as well through another company because we can provide our name server info and you can login to your account and make a change. We would never need to take control of your domain name or domain name account, and if any company ever wants to do that, you should run the other way. We certainly would never want our clients not to be able to have your domain name since this is important and relation to your real estate website brand.
