AgeRenew Skin Care "Free Trial" for $7.99 P&H was billed to my credit card for a total of $190.00 New York New York
I responded to a solicitation to complete a survey from COX Communications from whom I receive all my cable and internet services. I answered all the questions for COX and chose Age Renew Skin Care products for my wife. My card was charged $7.99 for the Shipping and Handling and the products arrived 12 days later on 5/30/2015 and my card was charged for $173.00 by Age Renew Skin Care on 6/2/2015. When I called to question the charge I was told that the two tiny sample bottles received were the product for which I was being charged because I did not call Age Renew Skin Care to request an extension of the trial period.
I contacted my bank, Wells Fargo, and the Fraud Department set up a three-way call with the company; at the end of the call, Wells Fargo agreed I had been the victim if deceptive fraud and placed the $173.00 back in my account.
