Complaint Review: Agksoft

Agksoft, Tony told me that the software would be easy to use and is the best in the industry, He explained how I can try the demo version and would not be charged for the gas station software if I didn't like it. Tony requested me to sign a non-refundable statement before he shipped out the demo, I asked why do you need my credit card and need me to sign this form and he said the statement would not be valid until I received the real version. Now it's to late I am stuck with his demo software and a scanner that doesn't power on. And $4550 dollars charged on my american express. Dont even think twice when dealing with agksoft their business practices are shady, I tried to get in touch with the people who gave him good reviews and it turns out that they are from his friends and his own company. I noticed that agksoft states that a few people that gave him negative reviews where never his customers, and i'm sure he'll say the same about me, but I can prove that I am real and got ripped off my agksoft, if anyone needs more info you can email me at nazauto at gmail.com. And once again PLEASE BEWARE. Only shop with someone who is local, I learned the hard way.
