They sold a car with rollback odometer, they gave me information that was altered 155,150 miles they send a text saying those miles where from 2019 when in reality they are from 2018. The actual mileage on vehicle was in 06/2020 180,230. They refused to give me a Carfax because they new I would not purchase vehicle. They did this while coronavirus in Aug 2020.
They committ fraud on consumers selling cars that are mechanically damage, they rollback odometers, they hide behind the "AS IS". They are 100% Iintentionally defrauding, stealing from consumers by selling cars that are damaged. Do not buy from AGM Auto Sales Inc in Miami Dade FLorida. IIf you have been a victim of them by odomter rollback or serious mechanical issues report them to FLHSMV.
They are being protected by the State of Florida DMV. ***Kimberly Perez and Roberto Perez (wife and husband) are professioanl scammers, in Miami Dade County Florida!*** They change locations, they change names. Do not purchase from them, again report them so they are shut down and maybe proven criminals arrested for what they are doing to so many consumers, not only stealing money from consumers but letting human beings drive a vehicle which knowingly can get them into an accident.
