This company is about as made up as Alice in Wonderland. I was fooled by the testomonials on the website until I did some research and found out that they were testomonials from a different company. I wanted to throw up after the CEO tried to explain that she had gotten the testomonials from her own list of clients. Agora has not even had any events yet so I asked her to explain and she hung up the phone later blaming it on bad service. It turns out that Megan Ann Shields (CEO) was actually fired from two similar companies in the past. Gds International fired her because of her constant drug use and poor performance rating. I was told by a former co-worker that she sold certain types of drugs (which I will not name) to employees. Then shortly after was fired by Millennium alliance for not showing up for an event that she was hosting. I just want to worn others of the lengths that this woman will go to get money from clients. I am not a P.I. but it was very easy for me to obtain this information. They will tell you that the have many delegates that are interested in hearing about your company's service or product. Its all a lie. Just ask for references and you will see what I mean. Be well.

Justin Abramowitz, listed as VP of Sales on LinkedIn, was stealing diamonds from jewelers. Sounds like great company. nypost.com/2015/09/21/sneaky-thief-switches-real-diamonds-with-cubic-zirconia/

Just another slanderous "Ripoff Report" without any basis

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, June 25, 2017

It is unfortunate that a disgruntled former employee would resort to baseless defamation under the guise of a phony name.  Aside from the frivolous accusations levied in this post, it should first be noted that we do not even have an ex-employee by the name “Justin”.   Furthermore, all testimonials on the Agora Assemblies website are REAL and specific to the relationships honed by the executive being slandered by this post.

As a matter of fact, this former employee was dismissed early in our formation due to theft of proprietary intellectual property as well as abusive behavior consistent with what you might hear from our competitors within the space.  Agora Assemblies was conceived as a rejection of the status quo of conducting business and as such did not welcome the sleazy tactics that are without a doubt the very reason this person has yet to find employment in the 7 months since writing this post.

The simple fact of the matter is that Agora Assemblies has a multitude of deep relationships with C-suite executives that are faced with business challenges that require innovative solutions.  Our vendors engage us to originate and develop relationships with these executives over the course of three days to acheive what would otherwise take up to 12-18 months in a traditional sales cycle.

We invite you to visit our website and ask for references so that you will indeed see what we mean.
