I subscribed to the stock trade service that promoted an income stream of 2,000 a month guaranteed for a subscription fee of $2,000 per year to "INCOME ON DEMAND". Upon access to the service I discovered that I would need a huge amount of available funds in my account to make these "PUT" trades. I immediately tried to contact the company Agora Financial to discontinue my subscription (even though they stated there was no refund) and got no response.

I called them today and they refused to refund my subscription fee. My complaint is the infomercial and order form says nothing about what exactly I would be trading for this subscription fee. It also does not expand on the amount of funds necessary to make the trades to obtain the advertised $2,000 per month income. Had I known this upfront I would not have subscribed to this service. For his recommendations in the last 3 weeks I would have needed 20,000 in funds to cover the trades to make an estimated 800-900 dollars.

NOWHERE in his advertising did it say I would be required to trade in PUT options or CALL options and need that amount of available cash to invest. I have not been able to make a single trade using this service. I believe it is only fair that I should get my subscription fee refunded. (regardless or their so called no refund policy) They should have been upfront with me on all the costs associated with this service.
