Complaint Review: Agoura Draperies

I was ripped off the same as the other consumer. He came to measure for shutters and also promised to deliver in 2 weeks. He had given me an estimate that of course he changed, so I decided to do a partial order, which he agreed upon. I paid 50% to start the order. It has now been 2 months, he won't answer calls unless we use an unknown number. He promised to send my money back, which he still hasn't done. Every time I talked to him, he acted as if he didn't know what I was talking about, although he cashed the check. The guy is a con artist and crooked as hell. If enough file a claim against this crook we can sick the DA on his a**. I'm very upset, because he stole my money and I need blinds. I'm filing a court claim against him tomorrow.
