I have tried to work with Agri-Tech Personnel to help secure a job in Agriculture. Three years ago I contacted this office and they acted like sure they would be willing to help me but they never called me back. My last job I was making $60K selling equipment and I do have many related good Agriculture skills, abilities, and training.

Recently, now after 3 years, I called them Agri-Tech Personnel hoping that they might be able to assist individuals in finding work since they are an employment recruiting firm--in the Agriculture Industry.
Steve Rice is presently working in this office and cannot say the word no to anyone--if he can't help an individual find a job--he should be able to state so. It seems he appears to be willing to help one find a job when you talk to him on the telephone--on the first call.

Steve Rice NEVER calls back and he has no intention in helping most agriculture candidates seeking work. Upon a recent call inquiring about a job order that was found with their service Steve Rice said I was not qualified enough with the wholesale angle. That is quite fine but when we tried to find out just what wholesale angle this business was actually looking at--he used a very rude tone and stated in a MEAN voice he had another call to take and just hung up on us!

What kind of professional office is this? No wonder the Agriculture Recruiters have a VERY BAD NAME in this business! I want others to know how Steve Rice and his office conducts business and it is not favorable. Stay away from this business--they are of no help. I was just trying to get some things clarified to help myself know more about this type of sales--in tryhing to know which way to go in my career but with RUDE recruiters like this--I thought they are suppose to be helping candidates find work--not hinder them--who can Agriculture college students and experienced Agriculture folks turn to--with bad and poor service like this?
