From an affiliate (whom I no longer subscribe to) the product was software designed to created video using Power Point recent versions) templates. The website mentioned JVZoo at the time, and came with an upsell (for business use vs personal). Did not, thankfully, buy beyond that. The impression was the delivery would be automated. Waited more than 24 hours before contacting the affilate who gave some info to contact selleer. Seller responded after a few days, once receipts and problem were relayed with "What do want me to do?" It should be noted when the website was rechecked, down near the bottom under "terms" it was stated that any problems should be immediately referred to seller's support, but the contact link oon the site was only an anchor to the pay button. It further stated resolution should not be sought through payment processor. I believe this was a tactic to invalidate any claims but "exceeding the statute of limitations." When an official complaint  was launched seller's initial response was to link to a support website, where tickets were created along with supporting documentation. Then seller simply stopped responding. This reporter does not know where seller is based. Incidentally, the website merely displayed a picture of a toddler tipping a straw hat. Really. A claim was filed despite warnings.
