In 2003, I joined this company's group on a Trial Basis for one month on a Trial Basis, becuase they claimed they could save me hundreds$$ on my home repairs with their membership card. PHOOEY!

As a thank you for joining, they offeres a free "Palm Pilot" which I did not receive for over ONE year. When I got it, it was little more than a glorified electronic organizer, worth about $2.00

Their "Membership Card" (JOKE) was Not accepted at ANY hardware or home improvement store within 150 miles of Pennsylvania. So I canceled within the first month, & they credited my account with a refund.

Then, in May this year, they suddenly made an UNAUTHORIZED withdrawl from my account, for a membership I had canceled over a year ago!!!! Rip-off thieves!!!They replied to my NUMEROUS requests that they return my stolen money with Automated response form letters, but I never got my money back! There ought to be a law.

DO NOT sign up with them- they are cowards and crooks and online pickpockets! Tell the world!!!

I understand completely! My mother had the same problem, she had signed up for their so called "FREE TRIAL" and cancelled after 30 days. Yet they continued taking money out of her mortgage every month. She called her mortgage company to take it off there, but they kept charging her and giving her the run- around. The mortgage company said to call the AHA and square it out with them, so she called, the AHA said that there was no record of them taking any money and they told her to call her mortgage company and so on. This continued for 3 years. Finally the AHA was supposed to refund her money but of course never did, so she lost a whole lot of money in the process that she will never get back. Someone should file a class action law suit against them for taking advantage of people and not refunding rightfull money that is due.
