This is a sham operation based out of China. I ordered a touchscreen phone with them. But the touchscreen is the first on a long list of things that are wrong with this phone. The back cover slips off on its own and the battery life is disappointing.
Despite having inconvenienced me, these folks were pretty brazen and unapologetic. They kept asking for pictures and videos as proof of the product's defect. Once I sent them these, they asked me to pay for shipping back to China for no fault of my own while they cited an agreement in which they absolve themselves of this expense.
I am pretty sure that by the time their mischief has garnered enough attention, they will have changed the name of their operation and will trick customers by positive ratings on their website which have most definitely been given by employees and affiliates of the company. I viewed a ripoff report from one Melissa_C of the U.S. and my experience with ahappydeal has been pretty similar to hers.
