In November 2012 I bought tablet computer from ahappydeal.com, I encountered a problem in March 2013 (4 months after my purchase) and experienced very disappointing customer service.  Product was a Cube tablet computer 10.1 screen Model U30GT.  It would not accept a charge and would not operate, so after contacting support.ahappydeal.com I was advised the unit must be returned for repair rather than providing a replacement.  The return shipment was lost after entering China, some 8-10 weeks later they offered a $150 refund ($52 less than I paid) or for another $50 would provide a new replacement tablet.

I opted for a new tablet but after another 6 weeks and several inquiries they sent a used tablet as replacement, claiming it was refurbished (not true air bubbled under the touch surface).  Repeated communications with support.ahappydeal.com failed to lead to a satisfactory answer solution on why they did not provide a new replacement or why they sent a used tablet without any prior notification.

Some five (5) months after the original problem, their last settlement offer was that if I would return the used tablet at my expense ($61.85), they would provide a refund of $160.00.  Accepting that offer would represent spending a net $177.00 with aHappyDeal.com without any product at all.  So, I am keeping the used tablet as a reminder of a lessons learned in purchasing from aHappyDeal.com and sharing my experience in hopes of preventing others from encountering a similar loss.
