Both companies belong to the same owner: ahappydeal and everbuying The owner Junling Li Ahappydeal address is: Room 526, 5th Floor, Building 2, Nanyou 4th Industrial Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, 518057. Everbuying address for Junling Li is: 3rd, Floor, Building 1, Nanyou 4th Industrial zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China.518057. Cel: 0755-26063125 (same phone for both companies..nobody answers) They sell defective phones and post fake "good reviews" on their websites. I posted a real review (bad review) for the phone I bought. They never post it.
I bought a G21 Android 4.0 from them. 1st they delayed more than 2 weeks in sending the phone. I didn't had the tracking number. So I'm sure they delayed. 2nd They sold me an insurance but NEVER gave the insurance policy. Absolute scam.
3rd The phone is simple a piece of garbage. Nothing works. Not even the ringer. It is 200 dollars phone that can not make a simple call. It is defective or poor quality, or both.
I'm dealing now more than 5 days with the "support team". They deny me the insurance policy copy. They suggest me to fix the telephone by myself. Don't buy from these companies the products are defective. They just send garbage to us.
Please contact your bank and Mastercard/Visa/American Express to stop this fraudsters.
