I worked for KB for 3 months and when I asked to be paid, he fired me. Since then, I have tried numerous ways to contact him to be paid and he continues to dodge me. I need help in collecting the $7200 that I am owed and I also want to warn other people so they don't end up in the same situation as me.
After a year of asking to be paid and him not responding to the Labor Commission, he randomly called me and said he wanted to work with me. I told him that he still owed me $7200 for the last work I did and he said that I would be paid that by the end of the week once I set up this online bank account through US Credit Union. Though reluctant, I set the account up and til this day, still haven't received payment, plus now I have been locked out of the account. When I asked him why my password no longer works, he told me to call the "bank" and they would help me. I have contacted them over a dozen times, with no response and guess who's voice is on the recording for the bank? KB.
He has been promising to find investors so he can pay me but now he claims to be back in Los Angeles "trying to get settled." And after all this, he again is dodging my calls. I have all his texts and emails with the proof of what he owes, I just can't find him. If anyone can help or has any other information, please let me know. Thank you
