It took AHMSI 18months to apply our taxes after we closed on our mortgage. It took them 6months to do our loan modification and at the end, they tagged over $80,000 to our mortgage (fees $50,000). Not to mention that if you speak with 10 of their very RUDE staffs, you will get 10 different information. They cant read or communicate with people (called customers) regarding their mortgage. AHMSI has fraudulent mortgage Servicing practices. STAY AWAY because they will clean you out and if you are not driven to think about hanging yourself, you will loose your home.
