Complaint Review: AHN Media Corporation - All Headline News

This company (AHN) is headed by W. Jeffrey Brown, who hired me via Scriptlance back in year 2005, for writing scraper/spider/crawler code in PERL Language.

The technical lead at that time was Todd Wade (toddw@allheadlinenews.com), to whom I usually report the work done.

W. Jeffrey Brown sent me first payment on time, via Western Union (I do have receipt, the amount was USD$250.00), but for a month long period they did not paid me the amount which was USD $1788.00. [total billable hours 149 @ USD $12.00]

When I start asking about clearing my dues, W. Jeffrey Brown and Todd Wade slower their responses, finally I got heard from Todd Wade (at Saturday, July 23, 2005 2:53:03 AM), informing me that some piece of code was not of product use, so they will pay lesser than USD $1788.00, I agreed upon that.

Sent several emails to W. Jeffrey Brown, even called him several times, left several voice messages, but no response. W Jeffrey Brown in the start (Thursday, August 04, 2005 12:06:53 AM) informed me that AHN pays amount in 30 days of invoice, now its 2008 and still no payment from them.

I do have all the email based communication that were made between me and AHN.

Can anyone help me to get the hard earned amount?
