Aida Coronado offers handmade garments. I initially put in my order in August of 2015 and received an "Order number". By September 30th 2015 she assured me my dress was made (to my specifics measurements) and ready to ship. She then requested payment.
Countless of e-mails where I sent her a transaction ID # for payment and requesting receipt of payment with shipping details of my garment went unanswered. After begging her for notice that my dress shipped she finally replied telling me there was no order. How is there no order if I received an order number and she assured me my dress was made to my specifications?
After telling her that my credit card had been charged $296 for an order she claimed didn't exist, she disappeared again.
Countless emails have gone unanswered. She will not disclose her phone number to reach her directly.
