National Union Fire took unauthorized money through my mortgage company after I indicate to them I did not want to be signed up for any insurance fraud, they said it's free- it's free- I said no, don't want it.  Somehow, this organization then started charging me $24.95 monthly, autodrawing it with my mortgage payment.  I called immediately and said I didn't authorize this and wanted it cancelled.  They wouldn't give me a number to cancel it, said there was no phone number I could call to cancel and they would not refer me to anyone to who would cancel it.  Charges went on for nearly a year, I called again demanding cancellation number, same thing - this time I insisted on an address, got one.  They would refund me one month after they had fradulently taken about 18 months of 24.95 from me, you do the math.  This is billing fraud and I think they should be held accountable.  I am going to write everyone I know. Check your bills if you bank with Wells Fargo, this product is sold by AIG/National Union Fire through Wells Fargo Representatives.  It is not marketed in a lawful way and this practice should stop.
