AIG flight insurance Total Rip Off..they make millions and don't pay out
These are total rip offs and should be illegal. The way that they do it is really sneaky. I didn't even know that I bought it, it was put into the website in a way that was very decieving. I had to change flights for a very good reason and when I called them they said they only cover the changes if i was sick and had a dr. note. What the hell?! And on the website it said that they sold 76,000 flight insurance policys that week!!! That much and they are not paying out unless people have a dr. note? HOW IS THIS NOT AGAINST THE LAW!! DISHONEST COMPANIES CONTINUE TO PROSPER IN AMERICA!!!

So was your "very good reason" a reason that was covered under the terms of the insurance?
By the way if you didn't even know you bought it, how come you tried to make a claim when you changed the flight?
