I was solicited on the phone by a very easy going believable sounding grandfatherly-type gentleman asking if I would be interested in a parcel of land near the Belize boarder (and if you see Robin Leach's video, it is pretty convincing). I ponied up $45,450. and was sent paper of deed. A second call convinced me that the lots were having a price raise and I bought 2 more (some on credit). This was in 2008. I even visited the charade and met Maggie and Antonio in 2010. Now they don't answer my emails and the phone #'s are always out of service HELP PLEASE.
