Complaint Review: Aiken Colon/ Kej Supply

I ordered some tools from Big State Supply a couple times over the last two years. I got a call from the company that represented them in Tempe Arizona Kej Supply in mid December and was told that they had left and went to another tool supplier Ace Industrial. I had a problem buying from Ace in the past. The tools I got were not what I expected and I returned them. I told my sales rep that if they were not with Big State I was not interested in buying anything from them if they were with Ace Industrial.

Then in early January a different salesman called me and said he was with an Aiken Colon and tried selling me some thermal imagers. I asked where he got my number and if these products were thru Ace Industrial. He said that he got my number from Kej Supply and that he was with a different division and had a web site. After doing some research I discovered Kej and Aiken Colon are the same outfit. I got tired of the lies and run around and vowed to only do business with (((competitor's name redacted)))thereafter.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
