Complaint Review: Aim Enterprises LLC

My company is the credit card processor for the said account on this report. We have been processing with this merchant for a few months when we began to see a spike in chargebacks. (Customer through Bank Card initiated refunds) We  believe this merchant may have stolen credit card information and proceeded to run high ticket transaction with no fulfillment of services.

Please be wary if you run across such a name doing general contractor work and carpet installation. He had been working directly with apartment complex managers and we believe it was just a front for fraud. If you have any information please contract riskdept@meritcard.com.
