AIMCO ,Chatham Harbor & Reflections Apartments LIED TO ABOUT DEPOSIT/DON'T RENT HERE Casselberry Florida
I went into an AIMCO property(Chatham Harbor) and applied for an apartment. I was told I did not require any additional deposit. I went the next day to another AIMCO property (Reflections) and was told I now needed to make an additional deposit equal to 1 months rent. I was treated very poorly by Mindy and her manager at Reflections and lied too by Josie at Chatham Harbor. Do not under any circumstances go to either of these places for an apartment.
