Complaint Review: Aimco Clutch Company

I bought a clutch from this company via eBay, after 6 weeks it failed. I paid £450 pound to have it fitted. My total outlay was just short of £600. The clutch had completely disintegrated, the company that fitted it said it was of very poor quality.

The clutch was advertised on eBay as an OEM part and was fully guaranteed. I contacted Aimco Clutch Company about my problem and got no response. I waited a few days and tried again, still no response. A third time no response, I then arranged for a friend to use her eBay account to enquire about another clutch, bingo an immediate response. So I knew they were getting my messages.

After this I did what I should have done in the first place and that to investigate Aimco Clutchit was also to late to leave  Company on the internet. I then find other people with the same problem as me.

But why does Aimco Clutch Company have such a good eBay rating, one fact is they deliver fast and it’s not until eBay’s money back guarantee time has run out does the problem arise. It was also to late for me to change my feedback. I found one person had mentioned that Aimco Clutch Company had paid to have its feedback changed (See Aimco Clutch Facebook). This I can believe because I have actually seen Aimco Clutch Company negative feedback go down.

I tried to get my money back from eBay but time had run out.

I challenge Aimco Clutch Company to respond to this and pay up.

A message to others beware of this company, do not buy from them. This guy is an arrogant thief.
