Complaint Review: aimco

Watch out for the heritage park apartments in escondido,ca,they are located at 2549 e valley parkway,,,seems all they care about is money,money and more money,i have never lived anywhere that i had to pay for parking,,and pest control..and now they just added water,sewer,and trash removal to everones bill,,and raise parking to 7.00 per month,even to people that dont own cars,,recently,they informed people 1 by 1 of their new rent increas,,seems they are charging different people differen ammounts,,sounds like a who struck john story to me,,and all complaints,,fall on deft ears,,,,,,,,,,the manager michele is really nothing but lazy,,,,just hides in her office,,and sends amber to do the dirty work...please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place,as well as any complex,,managed by aimco,,or else,,you will regret living there,i promios you that much
