Pathfinder Village apartments Fremont - FRAUD, SCAM, INFECTED with BED BUGS, DIRTY, FILTY, Run by Aimco Properties.
Management is so getho, that they will drag you to there level and argue about any thing and everything and beat you with their experience.
We finally moved out after little over 3 years of stay at this apartments. We received a bill for $2200+ for refurnishing bath tubs and counter tops.
As far as I remember, when we first moved in, we filled out a Pre-MoveIn Inspection sheet, where we clearly states that the bath tubs are painted and there paint is been chipped off. We also clearly stated that this carpets are not only dirty, but also had insects, and bed bugs.
Now the management refuse to provide us with the pre-inspection sheet, and they charged us for everything they can come up with.
I filed a law suite under small court. I will update the verdict later.
