Complaint Review: Air Around The Clock

I have a service agreement with Air around the clock, This weekend (memorial day) my A/C stopped working I called for service the service charge $175, The tec concluded I needed a new contact switch, $200, he left the box and info of the switch supplier

I called the supplier on Tuesday the price to me a layman not a contractor  $19 yes you read it $19.The tec Said I was lucky it was not a fan motor Supplier price $81, Air around the clock price $490. Its 2010 the whole world is hurting this has to STOP.
