Complaint Review: Air Care Solutions

The company known as Air Care Solutions has a Jacksonville, FL office as well as locations in Daytona, FL and Orlando, FL. When you call to confirm the services provided, they ask for your zipcode and tell you "yes, we service your area." Then they will book your appointment. In our case, we waited a week for our appointment date. The evening before our scheduled appointment for a Whole Home Air Duct Clean-out, they called to say "Hello, we cancel your appointment. We do not service area." Broken English and did not care that we had this appointment booked for over a week! When I asked their location (25 minutes away from our home), they confirmed "Jacksonville, FL." Then I asked if they understood where my home was and received a reply of a city 6 hours away! I explained that we were 25 minutes away from their house. They were of absolutely no assistance and they stated they were the "manager." I contacted the Corporate Head Quarters and all they could do was "pass my information along." So, just for the heck of it, I called anonymous to provide my zipcode once again and try to book an appointment. Once again, they said they do service my area and they would love to set up an appointment! They do not know what they are doing, this is some type of issue with their booking system and they wasted my time!
