Air Care Solutions Deceitful. Don't keep their word, duct cleaning and dry vent separate, not as advertised Orlando Florida
I purchased a house in December 2012. Outside A/C unit was missing the fan which had been stolen. I called Air Care Solutions to have a new fan installed. House is 13 yrs old, they told me I need a new unit, heater, A/C. I believed them and after 3 cancellations of installment dates, it got installed. They did not have a bracket to hold the filter for the heater with them, said they will order it and come and install it. Meanwhile the Ultra Violet they installed stopped working after 3 days. I called numerous times and have scheduled date and time for them to come out to complete job. It has been six months and still not fixed, they never come out when scheduled, they don't even call to let you know they can't make it. They give you a 3 hour window, and so you are sitting home waiting, and then they never come. I hope there is a way to file suite against this company. I will be very happy to pursue this. Maybe this will help furture customers, if they have any. Thanks.
