Complaint Review: Air Care Solutions

 This company came out to my parent's home because mom's thermostate was stuck and she wanted her ducts cleaned.  Mom is 81 and has had strokes and is very absent minded.  Dad is 91 and in a walker.  They immediately told them that their AC was broken and it needed to be completely replaced.  The AC was NOT broken as two different contractors attested to the next day, and it was still under warranty, which Air Care conveniently "forgot" to tell my parents.  They charged them $6,200 for a new AC they did not need.  We hired an attorney, filed a lawsuit, and they settled immediately.  Folks, watch over your elderly parents and don't let companies like this one off the hook!
