We hired them them to install a Radon Mitigation system though they were more expensive than the competitor because they claimed to have expertise in flat roof applications.  They installed it and now the roof leaks around the Radon exhaust pipe. I have left messages daily - their phone staff promising to resolve within 24 hours - but they have not been consistent in returning calls.  I finally talked with their head of service - Zak who said they will do nothing for us because we have "dips" in our roof and therein lies our problem.   I have had professional roofers out to bid out a fix - and  all of them have determined that there is nothing wrong with our roof - that instead - the wrong type of radon vent trim/flashing and sealing material has been used(what is there is for a shingled roof application - not flat).

So to re-install the right kind of Radon vent trim/sealant - the cheapest bid from professional roofers is $440.   I have lost confidence that Air Quality Control Agency understands flat roof applications and is able to fix it.  They continue to claim that the problem is our roof - not their inadequate installation job.   They refuse to take responsibility.  I have not even mentioned that fact that during the original installation - the contractor wore his greasy boots on my white carpet and left stains on the carpet and dripped epoxy or glue( or whatever he used to connect the pvc pieces together) on my new laundry room cabinets and flooring.

I have reported them to the BBB and am hoping that they care enough about their reputation to send me a check for $440 so that I can repair the roof leak they have left me with.  Hopefully they will review their customer service  departments practices and make some significant improvements for future clients.   If nothing else - at least anyone willing to do their homework will be warned and maybe make a better choice of contractors than we did.
