We are about to move out of state.  I called Air Rescue to come and do what they said they could do at the time they sold us our equipment which is to disconnect the Biocide system so that we could take it with us. When the salesman was telling us about the benefits of the system, we were unsure if we wanted to invest because even then we knew we wanted to move within a couple of years. He told us that when we move, they could just come out and disconnect it so that we could have it installed at our new place making it a worthwhile investment.  When I called just a couple of days ago to see about getting that done, they said they don't do that, but she (the receptionist?) said she would have a service manager call me right back.  Still waiting three days later.
