Complaint Review: Air Ride Moving Company

Air Ride Moving & Storage lies about what time they will come to your house to do the job, they will lie to your face about how much the job will cost upon inspection once they arrive, will not give you a "Not to Exceed Price" in writing which is illegal, according to the California Storage and Moving Assoc. They will bill you for packing materials even if you specifically say you don't want any extra materials, and will ask you to initial in a place they say is for the basic insurance that is agreed in the price, and once the job is done, they will use a stamp to put where your initials are that you agree to be charged for packing materials. They will not tell you ahead of time how much they charge for packing materials. They will take as long as possible and invite friends over while they are working for a smoke, and once you are fed up, they will refuse to lift the heavier things like a refrigerator because they are not equipped to.
