In July of 2010 I ordered a pair of Black/Silver Nike Basketball Hi-Top Shox Size 9.5 (Nike Stock #311738 001 ) I really wanted these shoes bad and searched everywhere for them and found them at air-shox.com. After reviewing their site it seamed us based and legit. They said this pair was available so I decided to order them for $79.
PART1:
While paying for my order I then noticed that i was buying them from a site based in china. About a week latter I revived the exact opposite of what I payed for. What showed up was a pair of white nike low cut AF1 Air. I tried to work with air-shox.com through their online chat service and then realized I was not talking to the brightest bunch of people. It took them forever to get back to me and the response every time was we will fix the problem don't worry or I got to talk to "my guys" .They never did any of this! After trying to work with them approximately so I filed a complaint with paypal the service I used to pay. Then and only then I revived a return email saying they would send me the correct shoes I paid for. This time I thought everything would be ok.....until
PART2:
The tracking number they provided I used for days through EMS the shipping service they used. it kept saying they arrived in the US. A week went by and I'm still waiting for them as they should have transfered through US Mail. After tracking them further I found out they sent the correct shoes I paid for TO A DIFFERANT STATE! I have tried to contact them through live chat and skila directly just to find out I'm being ignored once again. It is now September I am out the $79 and someone else has my shoes because of their misstate.
CONCLUSION:
Never to to business with these jokers, stay away from air-shox.com they will take your money and you will never get what you paid for.
