attached email attempts to service system Mr. Pelton attached is a picture of our thermostat as odd as it may seem it is not cooling and it is same the same problem as of june 15 system staying on but temp in house rises mark from carrier should recall temp of house 77 and stat set at 75 temp did not drop so he raised setting to 77 to make sure system cycle off and on house temp rose to 78 when cycled back on so either thermostat same problem from beginning. And the wireless thermostat lost communication top tech seems to believe bc its wireless signal interference or bc in attic. Check power again by centerpoint all is good air blowing out of vents is quite equivelent to fan air I just wanted u to be aware if we set thermostat at 77 house temp stays 77 so I guess we will set there and air feels same but house temp does rise please contact us on Monday for service because service must be approved by you and maybe mark can come with a carrier tech or engineer to pin point problem. After reinnstall and new thermostat we were hoping this would be good and all will be well for us and u. This is a hot and busy time of year for u sir but all honesty that's why we replaced system and purchased two speed so this would not happen invested time and money as well as you. We just want it to work properly if there were mistakes made we can handle that ppl make mistakes can we move forward and correct them because its taking a negative toll on my family, finances, and our continue relationship with air specialist it is a good situation gone bad and now worse we trust u ur company and techs. So we know intentions are good but this is indeed a complicated situatiion that must be resolved and dealt with so this does not escalate. We are not being difficult or woulnt coroporate with techs and agree on work I also asked to make sure we are sized properly before second install because I want to eliminate problems for all of us and initially on paperwork eddie put model as 5 ton for two speed and 4 ton for one speed along with furnace model change I kno they moved wires in furnace with mark but I believe it didn't help I know all is trying but our summer plans were very busy and important to us and things are not going well. I also noticed my utility bill usage is higher with this system than older system even when it was not functioning properly. We replaced because another company made terriible mistakes that ur company and techs would never make. This cost us 10000 to replace but we still know picking air specialist was a good decision and I still inform others to contact u all for trusted service and equipment. The last company spent last summer here and my kids suffering when school started so we made decision to replace install and system match was two most important things to us and with that knew it would be worth it. We had this conversation right after install and had with jeff hen u kindly agreed to replace I informed him we would pay for 5 ton and labor if that's the mistake before richard comes out to reinstall so we don't have continuing problems or this gets really bad. I told mark same when here I did not want this to reflect poorly on u ur company or ur fiinaces that if there is a mistake little or big let's fix it and be honest to do what needs to be done before this goes really bad. He reassured me if he has to come back out he would if thermostat had problems no worry 10 ear part warranty with carrier and 10 year labor warranty with air specialist. We are in good hands I was reminded and let them do what needed and trusted.  This is horrific situation I wouldn't wish on worst enermy this summer we haven't had enjoyment relaxation. My husband works in this heat and its hard on him too. I will pay for a 5 ton if I have to I just want this over fixed and we can all move on I will pay for carrier to comeout engineers what ever if its ur time and money valuable too but the work and job needs completion and resolute . it can not be left like this not working properly . I hope on Monday u can find a way to next step to reslove this. Be safe and enjoy ur weekend. Attached is picture of thermostat again showing still set on 75 house temp 77 compressor does not shut off air bubbles in sight glass and air vents are not blowing cold air we need immediate service of equipment installed by air specialist and under warranty with air specialist. This same problem has been ongoing problem despite services reenderred so something is obviously wrong with system and needs immediate attention. I fear it may be leaking or worse but u have refused service on account. My family and I can't go without a/c in this heat. We have not been difficult but understanding and trustworthy to service equipment. Mark form carrier and jeff from air specialist after replacing components serviced furnace/circuit board. If refusing to service equipment nor responding then we are requesting refund of system so that we can have another company install new equipment thus releasing you air specialist. Obviously the only resolute since u air specialist installed lesss than year ago and has serviced replaced and reserviced system. We have continously asked u if our system was a proper match and if we were going to continue to have same problem due to undersizing or defective equipment including circuit board to furnace. As I recall that furnance was not furnace agreed upon in propsal changes were made to paper work without our knowledgement and did not made aware til after install spoke with u and u reassured me by extended preventive maintenance to 3 years we were in good hands I then proposed removal of system and questioned size of compressor thus again reassuring me 10 year parts and labor. There is obviously a problem with system and//or install or we would not be continuing to have same problem as of june 15th I have requested numerous times a compromisable approach to resolving this situation my refunding money and or replacing system to meet true standards energy efficiency ahri ratings certify that our original proposal would of matched clearly with a 5 ton compressor so changing the furnace was obviously wrong choice to match also mark and jeff changing wires on circuit board to furnace was not a correct judgement because the system is not functioning properly. At least it was cooling and not shuting off now its not cooling and not shutting off with air in lines because of bubbles in sight glass. We have invited u to our home been very trustworthy and compromisable did all u jeff mark mike asked from us so to refuse services is not acceptable and we under contract with you I am trying to handle this professionally and deligently and allowing u the opportunity to service, evaluate, replace what ever needs to be don't to get system operating properly....I think we also may have a coil leak now. Mr pelton if I wanted to be difficult I would of never raken this much time and efforts to keep this to a mediated situtation rather expedite and definately wouldn't let this continue and this will be my last effort to request mark carrier rep u or aor specialsit tech to evaluate inspect service our system bought installed and serviced by air specialist inc. So please consider doing the right thing without dragging this out further and making matters worse for both of us thank u nisha roberson if someone made a mistake with matching let's make right if someone made mistake at install let's make right and if services were made to system changing component operation and function let's make right we are willing to give the option if refusal of service refund all funds so we can have another company install new system or work with us to make this right no service on

This is a problem that has arose to a escalations of issues gone wrong and I'm tryying to be patient and hopes in regards with carrier this matter will not be taedken lightly the seriousness of this matter. We know it wil,l take time but time is already 6 weeks in and summer getting hotter thank u

It is 78 degrees in my house 50 plus humidity and again after replacement of equipment home was cooling until mark carrier rep and jeff air specialist manager moved wires in furnace slowing down air flow there is no cool air coming out of vents and home is not cooling not just according to thermostat but to read from vent of 70 there is something wrong with sytem clearly and system is not functioning properly. Again requesting service to equipment immediately. Our contract states 10 year part and labor warranty as well as ur installation has not been one year this the services rendered where entrusted to fix system its a new system so responisbilty is with air specialist unless refund so we can install new equipement with another company.

at this point it does not matter who blames who for what air specialist, carrier, etc. we just want our new system to work effectively and  regardless of fault we paid 10000 for a system that is not properly working and ask for help to resolve this matter effectively and deligently

thank you for all of your assistance with this matter. I do agree with your findings that carrier corporation is a multibillion dollar company which on consumer reports has several and many complaints as well as bbb and are not being held accountable. This report holds air specialist accountable and they have went above and beyond to help us. Thus costing their company money and time. Carrier would not take on the responsibility even though I now believe fault lies on them.  We do not want nor think its fair for air specialist to be held accountable nor have negative impact on company. Yes i do agree to rewrite report explaining carrier because part warranty is with them. and yes they had their service rep in my home and refuse to take responsibilty and find reasons to not cover part warranty like improper install or undersized.  air specialist fixed that by costing them money and time to proper size, match, and install sytem so thus in future wont cost them or us with carrier because now carrier has to cover parts if in future if there is a problem. Yes we believe this problem was caused by carrier service rep. mark tierford when he rewired furnace. System was operating well until he did so. air specialist is taking heat for a bad situtation that they helped us with and it went bad to worse after that day. president of company,dave pelton,  has before rip off report posted not only replaced our 4 ton compressor with 5 ton but has also followed up with sytem to make sure cooling properly. he has really helped us by us going above and beyond and we are so appreciative and thankful. mr dave pelton really truly cares about his business his staff and his customers. he nor his company does not deserve to be negatively impacted by this report. We are appreciative to all that has kindly taking time to resolve this matter.  So many have stepped up to assist us including rip off report that i truly cannot thank all involved enough. carrier should of stepped up and taken responsibitly for their mistakes.... which thus immpossed a horrible relationship with my parts and labor warranty and install company- air specialist. We allowed all services and entursted all to work on our new hvac system so being difficult we were not. Just as air specialist was not trying to run us around. i do know that in future we are in good hands with air specialist inc. carrier has unclear answers or resolute....carrier also blames air specialist in conclusion we dont! air specialist, if in future, we have a bad or defective part will take care of us because we have warranty on  our system for 10 year parts and labor according to carrier service representatives thus will not be problem in future.  If air specialist offers such a great warranty and honors it then they deserve positive report for consumers to see. If we can help another family going through similiar if not worst situation by informing them about air specialist. They too will know air specialsit will offer them a peace of mind. It is a an expensive investment so make it a good investment with  a new HVAC system installed, maintained, and serviced by air speicalist.  Our relationship with this company that we have to continue is a valued one. It is very important to us to make sure we close complaints. I also want others to know how good they are and how their reputation exceeds any expectations and will not be disappointed. As a consumer I understand what a huge financial decision having  a HVAC sytem replaced. I understand the burden of HVAC technicians and costly repairs, picking air specialist inc. is a great company to choose!!  Please delate report/compliant thank you again for all your assistance.

air specialist and dave pelton has followed up with myself on our hvac ssytem. they have went above and beyond to handle our horrific situation placed by carrier corp. dave pelton really cares about his customers and his business. he is a man that has great character and itegrity. we are so grateful and appreciative i reccommended air specialist the only company for any of your hvac needs this company will not only install your equipment properly but wiull make sure your services and warranty needs are meet. this company should receive the president award from carrier because of their above and beyond customer services. carrier corp. has a remarkable hvac company marketing and installing their product but it is in this company hands to service and assist the needs of customer and they should receive the utmost recognition for this air specialist and dave pelton thank you again for helping us resolve this matter. it is so appreciated. we wish you and your company many successes. rip off report amnd consumers air specialist is the best hvac company in texas, entrust in this comapny not just for these reasons but their experience and licensed techincians. air specialist and dave pelton has went above and beyond in helping me and my family. he kindly replaced our compressor and made right all wrongs whether fault of air specilaist or carrier. he did the right thing because it was the right thing. carrier rep and company placed air specialist in a bad situation as the same us when came to my home and serviced system. air specialist is a great compAny and i believe we made the right choice in chossing this company for install, warranty, preventative maintences, services, etc. on our new hvac system. Dave Pelton truly cares about his company, staff, customers, and reputation. He has went above and beyond to help us before this report was posted. i ask to please remove this report and company from your negative list and up to your positive list. Not many air condtioning companies would do what he did, he made this decision on his own and have really attempted above and beyond to make what wrongs right.  i entrust in air specialist not only with my family but by friends and community. I have no doubt this horrific situation will affect our future relations or warranty or services nedded with aor specialist because air specialist inc is a reflection of the president and ceo of company and dave pelton is a remarkable business owner and man whom has with great character and integrity has kindly helped my family. I am very appreciaitive and thankful so I cannot allow any negative complaints afecting his reputation or companys reputation. A man is one of his word as so as i and what hes done for us is remarkable and so appreciative.  Air speciailsit is probably the best air condtioning company in this area and if needing services, install, or evaluation i highly reccommend taking the time and research to call them because this company will not only match install service and warranty your system but indeed carry above and beyond customer service. my attic and install is so neat and clean. the technicians and staff are very kind and very experienced. Dave pelton ensures his technicians and staff to be up to date with hvac systems he makes sure they are nate cerified and believes in doing it right the first time. he treats his staff and customers like family. he was willing to come out to our home if he had to to service or evaluate problem himself. i truly am not happy with what and how this has esculated but a lot of that has to do with carrier corp. not air specialist and dave pelton. i want to personally say thank you dave pelton and staff for all your time, efforts, and prompt assistance in our matter thank you for going above and beyond we cannot express our grattitude and appreciation enough. please rip off report note this company on positive not negative because they deserve it. they initiated right before complaints and reports were posted so that is stating to consumers they did make all wrongs right whether they were fault or not on their own with no pressures of just doing right thing because their company is remarkable!!! i have sent over an article to local newspaper because they need recognition for the great comapny they are. so many times companies run consumers over and dont do anythng til complaints are made or ignore situations that they may not want to deal with or take responsiblity for and finally its time all know consumers best decision to make when choosing an hvac comapny would be air specialist inc. they are truly above and beyond i wish air specialist and dave pelton many successes and a successful future

It was not fault of air specialist or technicians our problem went from bad to worse we entrusted in carrier and their representatives to assist and it placed both air specialist and our selves in a horrible situation and dave pelton and air specialist made right because he truly is a man of integrity and admirable character as a business owner and a person. PLACED US BOTH IN A VERY BAD SITUATION AND I HONESTLY BELIEVE TRULY AIR SPECIALIST AND DAVE PELTON IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR AIR CONDTIONING AND HEATING NEEDS IN TEXAS AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING THIS COMPANY WILL BE THE BEST YOU CAN PICK FOR YOUR HVAC COOLING AND HEATING NEEDS DURING THIS HEAT OF SUMMER THEY ARE THE ONES YOU WOULD WANT TO ENTRUST. ANY PRESIDENT OR CEO OF A COMPANY WILLING TO REPLACE A COMPRESSOR AND SERVICE SYSTEM AND MAKE RIGHT ANY WRONGS DESPITE WHO MADE THEM BEFORE COMPALaINTS WERE FILED DESERVES YOUR BUSINESSES AND A POSTIVE WORD OF MOUTH FROM ME. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY I DO NOT DOUBT DAVE PELTON AND AIR SPECIALSITS INTENTIONS IN FUTURE TO ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF OUR HVAC SYSTEM AND WE WILL NEVER HAVE THIS MISHAP AGAIN AND IM SURE HE HAS TAKEN CARE OF ALL HIS CUSTOMERS AND THIS WAS A UNIQUE SITUTAION THAT NEEDED ESCALATIONS WITH CARRIER CORP. AND IT took time and he was willing to do what was necessary. carrier visit to my home may have MADE THINGS MORE DIFFICULT FOR ALL INVOLVED because air specialist before that day and even after i believe was truly having our best interests at heart.  I HOPE TRULY RIP OFF REPORT WILL POST AIR SPECIALIST TO POSTIVE RATINGS AND REMOVE ANY NEGATIVE REPORTS
