Complaint Review: airbagit

i spent over $4000.00 plus $1000 to have the parts installed. first they sent me the wrong parts so i had to send them back and wait for the right ones to arrive. when i spoke to the salesman i was told this kit would make my truck ride like a caddy and it also said that in the add. the truck does not ride like a caddy!!!!     after the kit was installed i had several equipmet leaks which were not caused by the installation. 

after about 2 weeks we removed a rear airbag because it was leaking . i called and told them the problem and they told me to send it back and when they checked it they would send me a new one so in the mean time my truck would be un usable or i could buy one from them and install it then send them the  bad one back  and then they would reimburse me. when we removed the bag the metal parts were already rusted. i guess the powdercoating wasnt verry good.                                                                                                                                                                   a few months later there was a clunking comeing from the rear trailing arms, we took them apart and found the rubber bushings were distroyed. i called them and told them what had happened and he told me  i should buy the upgraded ones and i told him  that for $4000.00 they should provide  bushings that will last longer then a few months.  after  a few phone calls and getting verry frustrated i did use some inappropriate language. they agreed to send me the upgraded ones but still wont pay for the shipping, this truck was never used off road or for heavy towing.  at this point nothing has been done to correct the problem.   i would NOT recommend this company to anyone. i just lost $5000.00
