Mr. Otis seems to be a very angry individual. As stated in our last rebuttal we have done everything we can to settle this matter including making the refund, if Mr Otis has not received it he should call PayPal direct, and hasn't, and he hasn't called us either. If anyone including mr Otis would like a copy of the refund release sent to PayPal please email at us davidpbg2002@yahoo.com and we will be happy to forward the email. We are not going to resort to name calling and making false accusations in a public forum. We have done we can do to settle this issue for Mr. Otis. We will let our reputation speak for its self.

 PS As stated in our last rebuttal, had Mr. Otis let us handle this from the beginning instead of involving PayPal; this would have been settled in 24 hours. Fellow online Merchants beware Of Mr. Jamie Otis.

I have not received a refund. In his rebuttal David Whiteley (aka AirbedIQ.com, aka theinsideoutsidestores.com) says outright that a refund was issued through Paypal, so that makes him a liar too.

 I filed a claim with Paypal after looking at Whiteley's rating with the Better Business Bureau and deciding I didn't trust him to do the right thing (he had 39 unresolved issues with the BBB). I was just trying to protect my own interests. This guy wanted to pick up the incorrect mattress, then he would have all my money and I would have been left with nothing, so I filed a claim with Paypal just so there would be a record that I had an issue with the transaction.

David Whiteley, aka AirbedIQ.com, aka insideoutsidesotres.com knows he still owes me the difference in funds ($94.99). He knows he sent me the wrong item and he never did the right thing by refunding me the difference.  He is a liar and a thief.

I take this as a valuable lesson to me. I don't expect David Whiteley to do the right thing and pay back what he owes me, as evidenced by his blatant lie that he already refunded my money. Just don't let yourself be taken by this dishonest "businessman". Also, check the Better Business Bureau BEFORE making an online purchase and save yourself from an experience like mine.

We did receive an email from Jamie Otis overnight stating we shipped the wrong item, we responded to that email the next business day stating that we did in fact make an error. In writing we agreed to pick up the wrong item at no cost, and send the correct item that day. later that day we received another email from Jamie Otis stating he would keep the incorrect item, however we owed him a refund which, we did. Then without warning we received a email from PayPal advising us that Jamie Otis has stated a chargeback against us. When Jamietis called us we simply told him we would let PayPal process the chargeback as it was already filed' and we would not send the replacement or pick up the incorrect item, he became angry and abusive so we terminated his call. We would been happy to make the order correct and or issue a refund. Jamie Otis then called PayPal and escalated the chargeback, had he not done that this issued would have been settled. At this time we have had no further conversations with Jamie Otis either by phone or email. Our company like many have complaints from time to time. We try to settle these issues ASAP, as of today we have cleared the chargeback with PayPal and Jamie Otis was issued a refund , with Jamie Otis we don't know what more we could have done. FYI chargebacks are costly to merchants, we try to settle all complaints in a timely fashion to avoid costly chargebacks. we also employ 5 people Jamie Otis seems to have his facts wrong.
