Complaint Review: AirBnB

AirBnB AirBnB ripped us off 1600$ San Francisco Internet

We booked an apartment at Myconos Island for 10 days (1600$). As soon as we got to the apartment we noticed that it was not cleaned,  the amenities where half the ones on the listing and the photos where different. Imediately we called AirBnB and send photos also a report of what was wrong. We never checked in and we rent a room for two nights awaiting a reply from AirBnB.  We continue calling AirBnB daily following emails and finally they replied the 4th day that they decide not to refund us. We allready had left and got back home and emailed them again to explain me why.  Their response after one day was that they took this final desicion and no further explanation was given. I send them again photos and list of the amenities that there were not available and didn't even want to reply to us..  Worst user experience ever,  they ripped us off 1600$, they destroy our vacation and no reason given..  Don't ever trust AirBnB for your holidays,  specialy if you are traveling abroad..
