Airebeam Broadband The Level 2 Tech's have not returned a call in 2 months Arizona City Arizona
For about the first year of my service things went fairlly well. I then started to get erriatic and intermittent speeds. From November 4th and December of 2014 my internet speed has been .33 Kps not the 3.0 Mps plus I should be getting. I have called the Airebeam Customer Support over 24 times since November 4th. The tech's on the phone said thay could see nothing wrong so it must be my Router. I purchesed a new Router and this did not good. Same problem. This would be my third Router since I started using there broadband service. They would then tell me they had reported it to a Level 2 Tech and would receive a call back within 24 hours. I am still waiting for that call. They are the only internet service with the exception of Sattelite, so I am over a barrel. I believe the Customer Service from Airebeam is the worst I have ever seen.

Since 12/23/14 the service inproved somewhat. Airebeam changed companies that did their telephone serve and I would say it is not as good as the old company. About the only thing they seem to say is, we will file a work order. a level 2 tech will contact you. A word of advice, Don't hold your breath.
The slow internet speeds has come back in the evening. It starts as early as 7:30 p.m. but starts about normally about 8:00 p.m. Last night it started 8/3/15 at 8:14. This has been going on for about two weeks. I did receive 1 email from Airebeam but told them the proble was always in the evening not the day time. You really have to wonder if thay really listen to you.
I am starting to believe they are purposely slowing dow the speed. During the day I will get 3.00 mbps to 5.00 mbps. when it slows it will be .20 and maybe a bit faster.
If I had another choice besides Hughs Net I would take it.
