I am or was using All Insurance for my automobile insurance through the All Insurance of Florida company in Brandon Florida. I was informed today after buying a new vehicle that my policy was cancelled 2 months ago for non-payment. I do all my bills on-line and surley the bank was taking care of me and sending the payments, because the money was gone.

While speaking to All Insurance my wife spoke to possibly the RUDEST human being on earth. No customer service skills, the All Insurance Rep. told her to "shut up" on several occasions, and that "obviously we were in the wrong". So we called the Bank to ensure payments were sent. Hey guess what they were all sent and cashed;).. So the Bank rep called All Insurance and a different Rep, that had attended the same Customer Service classes and was just as rude as the first, she told the Bank Rep. they had no business getting involved and calling the All Ins. office.

I am going to be asking for a refund on the period they said I was cancelled yet still took my money to the bank. I hope noone ever has to deal with these clowns.
