We received the wrong colors for a back to school teenager = shoe that was black and white not blue and white- as child bought his entire wardrobe to "match".
I contacted the email address of individual that was following up on my payment information (that was sent already- emails on file) After several emails back and forth, forwarding photos of the incorrect shoe to verify that the wrong shoe was indeed received, this individual said it was a management mistake and he would authorize a 10% discount.
I replied that was an unacceptable consideration and all I wanted was the correct shoe and would return the incorrect shoe once correct one was received.
There is nothing worse than a disappointed 15 year old who in good faith orders something online and cannot receive what he wanted. As a child with emotional issues I as the grandmother had to repurchase in a store something to barely replace the shoes to get him on track and matching in colors to his wardrobe for school starting.
