Complaint Review: Airloom Mattress

Airloom the mattress manufacturer does not stand by its purported product!

I am a consumer who bought a $999 Euro Airloom Mattress from LA Mattress but less than one year into it, the mattress had a clear center indentation which gave me backache and discomfort.  In essence, the middle of the mattress slopped inward. 

This should not happen on a brand new supposedly high end mattress from Airloom. 

I wrote and called to complain to its agent, E.S. Kluft & Company, LLC and they sent out an inspector to supposedly inspect the defective mattress (owned less than one year).  They refused to refund my money or exchange for a new mattress.  I complained to the BBB and the Consumer Affairs Dept. but nothing was done about it. 

More importantly, Airloom refused to do anything to rectify the problem caused by their defective mattress that is sold at very high prices to the public.  They will not stand by their product.  It is evident that they ripped me off and will continue to do so to other consumers. 

They take no accountability for their defective product.  By word of mouth, I will and continue to tell everyone I know how poor Airloom mattress is made (less than one year and the mattress priced at $999 has a center indentation/slopping inward at the center of the mattress).  If this is not fraudulent business practices on the public, I don't know what to call it.

BUYER'S BEWARE WHEN BUYING AIRLOOM MATTRESSES.  THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR WARRANTIES.
