Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from website. Inquired on october 23rd about shipping. Received email back asking me to pick 2 more items from a different website because they are out of stock on what I ordered. Said they would include 2 free pairs of sunglasses as well. Nope sorry nothing on your other website I want. Please refund my money ASAP. Received email back stating they had filed a refund request. Mind you I ordered Oct 11th. Have received no follow up on refund. Have emailed almost everyday since October 23rd. Have heard nothing. Filed a claim with my bank. Do not order shoes or anything from this website. They rip you off.
