Complaint Review: Airmid Solutions Airmid Medical

Bob Hoffmann did not write any review of Mark or Mark's company. He disputed the false review so it should be removed.

Bob Hoffman is a friend, a writer, and a lawyer. He doesn't have anything to do with Mark or Mark's company.

Chris is a nurse and a churchgoer and overall nice guy. All of us, at one time, hung out in Selden Starbucks. While hanging out in Selden Starbucks we have all seen Mark walking around the building, hanging outside, always on his cellphone trying to pull off or do God knows what. 

One person, Richard Smith, knows Mark very well and they discussed business dealings and Richard, one could say, mentored Mark in the ways of running whatever it is Mark is running.

Richard and Mark had a falling out. Richard is a vindictive man who wants to run the show, be the center of attention, claim to be the smartest man in the room. He has obsessed with Marks success - be that success be earned or stolen. While Richard was out of work he would talk about Mark incessantly and rip-off report was mentioned. Also, Mark's Mother was mentioned in a negative way... as was things Rich could do to 'bury' Mark.

Rich, is a strange character who enjoys putting people down at church. (I used to attend the Ark Church with him and found his bullying and strong-arming techniques too much to handle and I left the church. He has gone out of his way to cause problems for me as he has Mark and Chris) Each Thursday, members of the Ark Church meet at Starbucks for Men's Fellowship, which is really more like Rich's religious Octagon providing an opportunity to debate bible passages and interpretations. Rich is very boastful and prideful regarding each time he thinks he's vanquished an opposing faith or viewpoint on religion.

One night Richard Smith, disheveled, displaying an excessive degree of agitation, red-face, violently excited and looking like someone who ran a DUI checkpoint flew up to me at my gym, to yell about his complete hatred for Chris Pastorelli, after a dispute took place at Starbucks.

Richard began obsessing on Chris at the Ark Church saying disparaging things at every opportunity. When Chris stopped by the Church Richard's immediate response was to start a smear campaign against Chris at the Church.

Richard was out of work quite awhile and started showing resentment towards his wife, other church members, towards me. He'd visit me at the Library to complain about his wife, daughter, Mark, Chris, Me and after I told him Bob and I correspond he was perturbed that Bob contacted me instead of him.

Now there is a completely false rip off report about Mark... against Chris who never worked for Mark or Mark's Company.... uses Bob's name.... and it's poorly written which is probably meant to throw suspicion on me. I see this for what it is... Rich's attempt to put all the people he's angry with - against one another. I know this because there is a quote of mine actually in the post... something I heard and told Richard the same day he was talking about Mark being a con man and how "Mark's mother runs a massage parlor that probably is illegal and features prostitution." He also said that Mark ran a company before that listed his brother as a partner and he -Rich- don't even believe Mark has a brother because he follows him on social media."

WHOMEVER HAS DECIDED TO PUT THIS FALSE INFORMATION WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. I AM MARC A. RESASCO AND NONE OF THESE CLAIMS ARE VALID.  

THE AUTHOR OF THIS POSTING CLEARLY HAS NO STATEMENT OF FACTS.  IT IS CLEAR THAT IT IS A JEALOUS COMPETITOR.  THERE WILL BE A CRIMINAL PROSECUTION FOR FILING SUCH DEFEMATION.

TO THE AUTHOR OF THIS CLAIM.  YOU HAVE POSTED THAT YOU OWNED A FACILITY AND YOU ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF AIRMID SOLUTIONS.  PLEASE PROVIDE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP OF YOUR FACILITY, THE ADDRESS, AND YOUR DIRECT NUMBER  I ASK THAT YOU PROVIDE SUCH CONTRACT IN WHICH YOU HAVE CLAIMED.  YOU THEN CLAIM THAT YOU ARE A FORMER EMPLOYEE?  SO YOU OWN A NURSING FACILITY, WERE A FORMER EMPLOYEE, AND WERE SCAMMED?  SIR/MAM, YOU ARE CLEARLY A COMPETITOR.  I WOULD LIKE TO ALSO EXPLAIN THAT THESE FALSE ALLEGATIONS ARE IN FACT A CRIME.  I HAVE ENGAGED MY COUNSEL REGARDING THIS AND YOU WILL ALSO BE SUED.
