I went to purchase a vehicle it was close to closing time and the guy was anxious he let me take the car home with proof of insurance. I did not have my insurance card on me and I asked if he would let me purchase temporary insurance through them, he went to the counter and came back and told me 100.00 dollars for 30 days worth of insurance. ( be minded i explained to him that the last dealer let me purchase 15 days worth for 125.00) He asked for the the money and i handed him my debit card he went and withdrawled the money came back handed me the receipt i signed it and the that was it. This all took place on july 12 a Saturday. that following Monday came and the salesman called me and told me that the insurance would expire at midnight. i told him that he said it was for 30 days he told me that he made a mistake. i explained to him that the whole deal had been a lie and that i was going to return the car. I took the car back to the dealership they tried to convince me into keeping it but i refused. when i left he called my cell phone telling me that i got him in trouble and hung up the phone. I wanted to go to the store and purchase something but before i buy i would check my account to see how much money i have in the bank, the amount was zero i wanted to know why my account was negative i spoke to a representative on the phone and she told me that 400.00 was deducted actually pending i ask from who she said airport suzuki. I then told her that it was not authorize and i wanted to dispute the amount. she told me that the money had to actually be withdrawned before i can dispute it. I had to call back in 5 days to dispute. i did and they reversed the money, they requested a transaction. i did not have a transaction the only thing that i had was a receipt and i sent that to them, here recently they decided that it was not enough information and they are now reversing the money back from my account. When i call airport suzuki when they hear my name or know that i am on the phone they would give me the runaround, they will connect me to a voice mail and will never return my call. I even called the main headquarter they said they don't have nothing to do with that dealership. No one is talking to me and the bank is trying to get me to repay the 400.00 dollars.

Anxious?

Who was the anxious one the dealer or you? If you did have insurance as you claim why in the world would you offer to pay extra to get insurance you already had? You could have left and come back the next day.

Also, it does not matter if the last dealer let you purchase insurance for $125 for 15 days. If you took them up on this offer and it was recent, just how many times have you done this. If you didn't take them up on that offer then that was your choice. If this was several years ago that is like comparing apples and oranges because prices change.

Again still trying to figure out why this was even thought at any dealer if you really did have insurance?

I am not saying if you were or were not ripped off because no one here has the exact agreements/receipts/contracts you signed. But either way you seem to make it real easy for them to do this by being anxious.
