Complaint Review: Airrattle

Airrattle Sold us 2 Airsoft guns both broken on the first day, they will not honor the return policy or answer there phones Centerburg, Ohio Internet

   I purchased 2 AK-47 airsoft rifles for my boys for Christmas,  Christmas day came and they opened them and all was good until they ran some bb's in one and the sound of gears grinding ended that guns ability to work, on the second gun the foldable stock does not click in place leaving the butt stock danglig.

   We have called almost daily since Christmas, no one answers the phones, we have emailed numerous times and they actually responded once, they asked us to send photos, whih we did. That was the first and last response from them.

   At first I just wanted the guns exchanged, now I just want a refund.  Shame on Airrattle, to them they are just ignoring a dissatisfied customer, to us, I have 2 very dissapointed sons, that waited a long time for these.  I saved up to be able to afford these for my sons, I cant just go buy different guns fom somewhere else, I cant afford it.  Thank you Airrattle
