Airsplat Sent gun to the wrong address and will not resend or give refund Irwindale California
I ordered an airsoft gun that was shipped to me July 8, 2013 (order #1179194). It was defective so I sent it back to get fixed. They claimed they would fix it and send it back to me. I moved and sent airsplat my new address and they confirmed via email they would send it to the new address. They sent it to the old address and the people living at the old address claim it never came. I called and emailed airsplat several times and they refuse to send me my gun or a refund. I would not waste money on this place ever again. Sadly my 13 year old son worked really hard for the $100 to buy the gun and it got stolen right from him.
