After recieving a custom body from airtech in the past I thought it would be no problem to order another. So I did, after recieving the second body it was damaged from the shipping company, I know shouldn't be a problem either, the carrier should cover the cost but wait it gets more deceptive as it goes.

Airtech wants me to ship the parts back on my dime and pay a restocking fee, who has a restocking fee for broken items as well as the fat is I didnt break them the shipper did why do I have to pay for the shipping back. Anyway I didnt ship them back due to the inspection report saying to hold item till carriers disposition.

After approximatley a month of waiting in limbo i ried to contact Airtech to find out status they said nothings changed, so i then called the shipping company they said they dont show the claim form recieved from airtech. Now I'm starting to get a little concerned so again I call back and speak with Ben Nelson and Dutch for a few minutes when a Max comes on the line yelling he rund the show around here and he decides what is going to happen blah, blah blah,.

Long story short even though the shipping company is going to pay the refund they arnt going to replace my money until I send back the broken parts again on my dime. Now what it sounds like is classic
I want my cake and eat it too. But shouldn't Airtech at least have to buy a cake first.

I not going to loose anymore money or time with theses jokers. Sometimes you just have to pay to learn. Be aware that when there is problems Airtech gets ugly Max must of hung up on me 3 times before I gave up. Plus the quality of the parts are less than desired. They are so thin you can see through them in most spots and are hard and brittle ,no flex, they crack and break easy and all they pack them in are those peanuts.

Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time with these people, or there product.
